Ibotta Review: My account got locked
I'm sure many of you have heard of the Ibotta app. For those of you who haven't, I'll let you know what it's about. In the simplest of terms, Ibotta is a rebate app. There's a list of cash-back offers for several retailers and you select the ones you plan on purchasing. After you buy the items, you upload your receipt and scan the bar codes of the qualifying items, and then you get the rebate. To sweeten the deal, Ibotta will give you $20 once you have two friends sign up and they each redeem an offer. Sounds easy enough, right? Wrong! Well, at least for me it's wrong, I redeemed a few offers and bugged two of my friends to join. The rewards came to my account fairly quickly, which I thought was a plus. Then came time for me to cash out. When it comes to any kind of online money-making gig, I always make it to the lowest tier of cashing out and then attempt to withdraw. Why do I do this?
